American woman that is well traveled! Great !!! well almost perfect! MY FAVORITE hostel / capsule hotel!!!! Second favorite is lighting hotel in Asakusa Amazing ! Except the cleanliness should improve. Specifically underneath the bed mattress should be cleaned better also the restrooms! Please ! They just need to perform a deep cleaning more often and dust because there’s a lot of dust particles found on the exhaust fan and windows . Showers are incredibly SMALL though. Not ideal for curvy women ,tall and big guests . Cant really shower properly because your arm might hit the wall. Great location, walking distance from many convenience stores, JR trains , restaurants, and hot spots. Near nightclubs too! They provide great smelling Shampoo, conditioner, body wash , ear plugs, cotton swabs, head bands, shower nets , face towel , full body towel and slippers every day! Also kettle and microwave and wipes so you can eat at the lounge on the first floor. ALL for FREE what more do you expect!? These negative comments baffle me ! So ungrateful! Oh and vending machines right outside! The BED is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in all of Japan!! I’ve stayed in many budget home stays, hostels and capsules! Most women are respectful , clean and quiet but if you have an issue use ear plugs ( they provide ) or ask them personally to tone it down ! It’s a shared space! Bring a luggage lock if you are worried but most ppl don’t steal! Please don’t be dumb and come down and say someone stole your expensive ish well make sure it’s secure! ( it’s not a private room!) I think the lighting of the hotel and decor is amazing! Also WiFi is strong for remote workers great for video calling ! Beautiful rooftop and free laundry detergent and cheap washing machine and dryer! There’s one down the street if you need a larger dryer ! However the best bed I’ve slept in at a capsule hotel in all Tokyo! Complaint : Whoever is cleaning the third floor does a poor job.

You get what you pay for. All I wanted was a bed and decent place to shower when booking but the hotel had more to offer than what I initially expected. The hotel provides a towel and slippers for each guest and on each restroom there are tissues, cotton buds, and a bit more stuff that I didn't really need. There are also hairdryers available to use during the day. The hotel provides a cabinet/locker for your important stuff and even though there isn't much space, they let me keep two suitcases (one large and a carry-on luggage) in front of my capsule. I can still open my luggages with the right timing and I can store my daily essentials inside my capsule. The capsule/bed itself was surprisingly spacious. There is a type A outlet and USB outlet near the light switch as well as a clock where you can set an alarm. By the front of the bed, there's a small hook where you can put your bag or rings. Despite language barriers, the staff was helpful and nice. If you're planning to book, just remember to be mindful and considerate of other people.

This was the best capsule hotel I stayed in. I stayed in different ones (hostel, traditional house, hotel, capsule hotel) and I highly recommend this one. The girls can be messy and dirty but the hotel is always clean and for the price I think it is worth it. I def look forward to book again when I come back to Tokyo. Also the zone is pretty in the middle of Shinjuku close to Koreatown and there are shops, restaurants and all kind of things around (maybe if you don't like noise this might be not for you) Lastly, is more for young/solo travelers who enjoys the time and meeting know people. The staff talks English throught the emails and in person you can always use Papango app :)

Location was perfect! 5 min. away from Shin-Okubo station on Yamanote line. The streets behind the hotel are full of stores, restaurants, a DonQ open 24h, Family Mart and 7-11. Very nice, comfy and clean capsules. Clean bathroom. Women only floor. Yes, some might make noise at night with packing or arriving late but I believe it is normal since people have planes to catch at all hours. I was not bothered by it but if you are, either bring some ear plugs or find something else. Capsule hotels are like that so you know what you get yourself into. Staff was very nice!

The bed was super comfy! Fresh towels whenever you need them. And free toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers etc. Water pressure was great too. Super close to two train stations and a 7/11. A nice little courtyard area with a vending machine. Kettle to use in the lobby. Luggage storage before check in.and super easy check out. I sleep pretty deep but I only ever heard people moving around in the mornings.
