American woman that is well traveled! Great !!! well almost perfect! MY FAVORITE hostel / capsule hotel!!!! Second favorite is lighting hotel in Asakusa Amazing ! Except the cleanliness should improve. Specifically underneath the bed mattress should be cleaned better also the restrooms! Please ! They just need to perform a deep cleaning more often and dust because there’s a lot of dust particles found on the exhaust fan and windows . Showers are incredibly SMALL though. Not ideal for curvy women ,tall and big guests . Cant really shower properly because your arm might hit the wall. Great location, walking distance from many convenience stores, JR trains , restaurants, and hot spots. Near nightclubs too! They provide great smelling Shampoo, conditioner, body wash , ear plugs, cotton swabs, head bands, shower nets , face towel , full body towel and slippers every day! Also kettle and microwave and wipes so you can eat at the lounge on the first floor. ALL for FREE what more do you expect!? These negative comments baffle me ! So ungrateful! Oh and vending machines right outside! The BED is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in all of Japan!! I’ve stayed in many budget home stays, hostels and capsules! Most women are respectful , clean and quiet but if you have an issue use ear plugs ( they provide ) or ask them personally to tone it down ! It’s a shared space! Bring a luggage lock if you are worried but most ppl don’t steal! Please don’t be dumb and come down and say someone stole your expensive ish well make sure it’s secure! ( it’s not a private room!) I think the lighting of the hotel and decor is amazing! Also WiFi is strong for remote workers great for video calling ! Beautiful rooftop and free laundry detergent and cheap washing machine and dryer! There’s one down the street if you need a larger dryer ! However the best bed I’ve slept in at a capsule hotel in all Tokyo! Complaint : Whoever is cleaning the third floor does a poor job.

Location was amazing right in Shinjuku, one of the most exciting neighbourhoods in Tokyo. After seeing Japanese pod/capsule beds online, I was so excited to finally try a pod of my own in Japan! Most of the pods in the room were occupied by Japanese individuals, who are extremely respectful and quiet! As someone who's from North America, I can be a bit loud at times so I I made sure to be on my best behavior, haha. The bathrooms were beyond my expectations, they almost felt high-end: with ample space, electronic toilets, and great lighting, free toothbrushes and hairdriers for use. My flight got delayed so I was allowed to keep my luggage in the lobby while I got an extra day in Shinjuku :)

This was the best capsule hotel I stayed in. I stayed in different ones (hostel, traditional house, hotel, capsule hotel) and I highly recommend this one. The girls can be messy and dirty but the hotel is always clean and for the price I think it is worth it. I def look forward to book again when I come back to Tokyo. Also the zone is pretty in the middle of Shinjuku close to Koreatown and there are shops, restaurants and all kind of things around (maybe if you don't like noise this might be not for you) Lastly, is more for young/solo travelers who enjoys the time and meeting know people. The staff talks English throught the emails and in person you can always use Papango app :)

Don’t mind the negative critics about the hotel. I liked this place. Women rooms are on next building. Lockers in rooms are very enough, even my 45 Lt backpack fit in. You took off your shoes when you enter and put it on locker. Location is amazing (malls, restaurants, second hand camera..), i searched a lot, 24 hour reception, a nice family runs the hotel and they help you always, They gave you a towel set, free tooth brush …. Electric system in japan is same as USA’s , so bring converter Beds were comfortable, you don’t have to leave at 10 am like other capsule hotels asks

The bed was super comfy! Fresh towels whenever you need them. And free toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers etc. Water pressure was great too. Super close to two train stations and a 7/11. A nice little courtyard area with a vending machine. Kettle to use in the lobby. Luggage storage before check in.and super easy check out. I sleep pretty deep but I only ever heard people moving around in the mornings.
